I'm pretty sure that scipy.resample (the basis of our resampling) already uses FFT-based resampling.
Can you speed up your code by resampling before converting to source space? What are you working with that makes it so slow?
I'll parallellize it anyway, hold tight...

You are right.. it is already FFT based :(. I guess resampling in source space isn't a very smart thing to do.. but parallelizing it will help.
