Parse the README for the Contribute section about build-a-space HOT 5 OPEN

Hey hey! Yes that's possible! I often use this low level utility: https://github.com/syntax-tree/mdast-util-heading-range

..but, with "grabbing", what do you want to do with the markdown after selecting the heading/section? How are you generating the contribute doc? Etc!
