yes, you(@innoreq) no need to copy anything, just clone this repository on your host and run one by one docker-compose for each tool/application, it will surely work.
make sure, your host has git, docker, and docker-compose setup.

What he means is that you should copy from inside the cloned repository on the host path /opt/nginx/ and there to execute docker compose.
