Значит что-то подправить вам у себя надо. Скорее всего у вас что-то не так с путями в админке и конфиги в ней. Никто больше не жаловался. Ваш случай единичный.

Согласен что везде это работает, не кто админку не выносил на уровень ниже :) .

@Nik-ADA Хотя да, ваша правда. Сейчас путь до конфига в корне сайта, а не до конфига админки (как должно быть). Если админка переедет куда-нить, то все сломается. Должен конфиг именно админки дергаться. Сейчас подправлю. Спасибо за багреквест!
