the name_validator already disqualifies names ending with a slash.
the validation is not strict yet (but just warns), but there is another issue open for this.

partly fixed by: http://hg.moinmo.in/moin/2.0/rev/f38a893334b5
(that changeset at least makes it hard to visit or create such items from the wiki UI)
we still want that validation code mentioned above, for other ways of creating items.

Besides being confusing to have both Example and Example/, it also confuses the index code, which uses on '/' in relname
to decide whether an item is a direct subitem or not.
Try creating test.moinmo.in/Home/lorem/ and see what appears on the subitem sidebar of test.moinmo.in/Home.

note: this should be part of input data validation and we should just reject creating items with names ending with a slash.
