I think this would be a great feature, but I'm not sure how often it'll be used or if it's beyond the primary scope of Chronic. A chronic-i18n might be a good solution. Nevertheless I've marked this issue as a feature and I'll leave it open for further discussion.

A note on this, it looks like it's already been started https://github.com/nofxx/chronic18n I haven't played with it yet, though

After more thought on this, I'm going to close it. It's not something I think we should look into building directly into Chronic. It would be pretty simple to build a 18n wrapper much like nofxx has, doing text substitutions before sending text to Chronic.parse. Thanks!
