安装配置node.js环境，安装ops这个下载的文件夹，npm install --legacy-peer-deps，然后就可以运行 npm run dev

npm run dev 就行了，或许可以看看 vitejs

是否可以把这两个命令分别创建成两个批处理文件：install.cmd、run.cmd？

这就是正常前端项目,安装环境安装依赖然后命令启动，楼上上已经说的很清楚了
