Have you thought about making postcss-color a collection of the smaller packages?

Like all npm packages, I like to make small packages whenever it's possible.
Also this will make more sense when we will have to disable some features already supported by some browsers (cf #32).
This will also make it easier for new user to create additional repo instead of adding options (cf postcss/postcss-color#3).
Not sure which ideas is the best.

Another thing we could do is to make postcss-color uses others plugins (that can expose an accurate method directly we can reuse to avoid multiples eachDecls loops)
