证书和域名的报警通知 默认是每天10:30检查一次，所以不会及时发送，设置里可以修改监测频率

我尝试修改了监测频率，但是发现并没有生效，查看监测日志并没有执行监测

只有这里能看到状态是离线了，但是依旧并没有任何报警通知，我不清楚是不是我哪里配置不对

网站监控的检测是单独控制的，你要设置通知事件是 【监控异常】
