Clear steps for setting up hindsight about hindsight HOT 3 CLOSED

In just about all cases you don't want to build everything. I will look into adding a reasonable default (like build everything with no external dependencies) as for building individual packages yes that is possible.
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=release -DEXT_lpeg=on -DEXT_struct=on .. (as the examples show (clear your cmake cache first if you already provided different options). During the cmake generation phase you should see the packages available and their status. If you want most of the packages it is easier to do something like this cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=release -DENABLE_ALL_EXT=on -DEXT_geoip=off ..

If you already enabled all you can just runcmake -DEXT_geoip=off ..

I have been working on the reference docs which are now reasonably complete so the getting started and tutorials will be up next (user contributions are also welcomed).
