[Vagrant] Locale redirect not working about bedrock HOT 6 CLOSED

Hmm I am not able to reproduce this. Here is what I tried.

• Tried going to http://local.mozilla.org/en-US/ works ok 👍
• Added es-es to my languages and made it number one went to the homepage got redirected to http://local.mozilla.org/es-ES/ works ok 👍
• Loading languages directly via typing in the language to the url also works 👍

So one thing that comes to mind. Perhaps you do not have the locales installed? This is not something I included in the vagrant docs. I probably should.

I would suggest trying the following. Note if this does not work please ping me in #webprod on IRC so I can better assist.

You should install perform that in your bedrock python tree so you should have something like:

bedrock-legacy/bedrock/locale

from bedrock.

@bensternthal you are right, that was the problem, for some reason I assumed that following the docs I had everything in place.

So yes, docs should be updated to note this ;)

Perhaps puppet should grab the locale stuff from svn as well?
