This must have been an earlier version of certify.

No iss field at all.
My main question is... shouldn't that field exist and say 'browserid.org'? The verifier currently gets null for the rootIssuer.

so bin/certify is a utility that doesn't know who the issuer should be, and it doesn't take that as a parameter... it probably should. So I'm going to make that decision now that it should take an issuer, cause I'm quite sure this is not useful without that parameter.
