I'm not really sure if it's by design. In JavaScript, we love to us milliseconds, cause that's why getTime()
gives us, but cookies maxAge uses seconds in the browser document.cookie
API.

I see. Indeed, Connect's session middleware also specifies maxAge in milliseconds. Maybe this is fine.

I just wonder why the heck milliseconds. Is it defined like that in HTTP? 'cause it could even be in minutes, by network latency standards.
