Allow multiple factions to lay claim to a system.

This is the biggest feature i hope that will be available soon after #158 feature. I think this one should be relatively easy to include in the current design of the page (which is great, I really like the design).

My proposal is thus:

• Adding a "Factions" tab on the left. This can be merged with other meta things like aliens, and other stuff. Adding this at the same tab as Sector would be fine but I think these type of things would be better in their own tab.
  • "Add Faction" button on this tab to create and manage factions.
  • Clicking on a faction opens the right menu to change and manage them.
• Adding a sub-field to planets, bases, etc for factions.
  • This can be expanded into assets maybe for GM only?
    • I don't think we need all the stats, but at least a HP tracker would be nice.
    • Ability to move Assets are important too, with a move menu or a dropdown that lists adjacent hexes or something like that.
• Maybe an outline/border/icon on hexes (icons somewhere like on the left side of the hex) to show which faction has control/BoS/assets there.

I think first two features would be what most people need, third one is just a the quality of life feature.

@Sifaus Yeah, I agree on all those points and you're proposal is very similar to what I was imagining. I was thinking about bundling things like Factions, Aliens, Adventures, etc. into their own tab under the overview and managing them from there. You'd be able to assign them to any entity that exists in your sector. Or not.

I know this is a greatly requested feature right now. If you want to have some sway in what gets worked on next, I take a vote between major projects on Patreon for persons who are at the Interstellar Adventurer level.
