[Configuration] Allow Subset of Attribute Options about sectors-without-number HOT 2 OPEN

Would this be in the form of basically, editable tables, that the user can choose more or less options? Basically more customization for the users? Perhaps this isn't the thread to be asking ...

EX: Changing the Faction Standing from (Hostile, Neutral, Friendly) to add more? Instead of having just 3 options for players, I actually have 10 'tags' I can use. I use things that affect the way players would interact with a given faction, via positive or negative benefits. I don't like having to use a reference sheet.

EX: Changing Tech Levels from (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 4+, 5) to something else. Either adding more numbers or using a word based system.

What about support for custom assets? Maybe a user can define it once and then have the option to chose it, or maybe via a future import feature.

This ticket involves limiting the number of options that the generator can use. Those other items are things I would love to do. That would involve being able to create and save a custom configuration for the generator which would be quite a bit of work. Still something I want to do.
