以app为宿主时，他的isRegisterCompoAuto 如果是TRUE，所有的被集成的Module都会走自动注册，如果是FALSE，所有的都要手动注册。。。leobert的建议

设置isRegisterCompoAuto = true 却没有自动注册，这是咋回事？

@KingMing2017 检查一下没有被自动注册的组件，其中IApplicationLike的实现类，是否被RegisterCompManual注解，如果是，该组件只能被手动注册。
