That's not something you put in a 3D rendering library, but in a game library.

For me personally, I don't think three.js is strictly rendering (although it does that very well) and looking at functions like Ray, I guess collision detection could be a next step. It is however Mrdoob's decision to make, so let's see what he says about this.
Note: I don't say it couldn't be in a different lib or a 'plugin' of sorts for three.js, but I just want to know whether it is planned in three.js and if not, whether anybody (you?) knows any lead for me to help me implement it myself.
Update: I've just been reading this http://www.gamedev.net/reference/articles/article736.asp which is interesting and I understand what they are saying. :D/ The initial question remains though :)

Yeah, Eli is right. We better focus on the actual rendering.
Ray was a very simple class to do basic object picking. It can also be used for collisions and other things, but maybe you're after something like JigLib. Which I guess it can be used on top of three.js.
