dev-libs/libassuan-9999 and others won't compile properly about mva-overlay HOT 8 CLOSED

Okay, I'll fix it this evening (I'm busy a bit ATM), but also keep a
look that it is "9999" (bleeding edge) and can be broken in any random
moment ;)

Also, it is upstream issue: they should either add file manually or use automake --add-missing.
But, anyway, fixed.

btw. libassuan-9999 and libksba-9999 (this one only with gpl.texi) fail with

./gpl.texi:668: @unnumberedsec seen before @end enumerate
./gpl.texi:725: unmatched `@end enumerate'
./lgpl.texi:19: raising the section level of @appendixsubsec which is too low

a workaround is to download the gnu.org versions of both gpl.texi and lgpl.texi, then prepend at the beginning of gpl.texi the line

'@node Copying'

, and at the beginning of lgpl.texi the line

'@node Library Copying'

or maybe introduce a doc useflag so there is no need to build them anyway?

well this is annoying; texinfo 4.13 lets it compile fine; texinfo-5.2 makes it fail

to add DEPEND=<texinfo-5
