ToolAssetId about cppagent HOT 3 CLOSED

I change the output of ToolAssetId to a blank space instead of empty string then Agent can clear it out.

That is an issue... we did not take this into consideration when the spec was written. I will take a look and see if I can make the AssetChanged event clear when that asset is removed.

When the current tool is removed from the asset agent still report the current ToolAssetId which does not exist in Tool Assets any more.
