Cargo doesn't currently have an install command, but it builds the program at the location target/rusti. You can manually copy it to a directory in your PATH.
I guess I should add this to the README for clarity.

@jlgoldb2: You can also copy it into /usr/local/bin or $HOME/bin if you have that in your PATH.
