wow...looks like IE10 really pulled a 'microsoft':

*(of COURSE ms can't use common/standardized touch-event-listener names...they had to make up their own...ugh)

I don't have access to such a device but it looks like they have an emulator http://blogs.msdn.com/b/patricka/archive/2012/07/23/how-do-i-test-internet-explorer-10-touch-behavior-without-a-touch-device.aspx

Hi mzubala ,

I have done some changes in jquery.custom-scrollbar.js and now it is working absolutely fine in IE 10 touch devices.

Here is the solution. Just replace the jquery.custom-scrollbar.js code below code.
