@vuhongai We found that training the model on two different sequence lengths make it better generalize to a variety of sequence lengths (including lengths not included in the training). Once the model is trained, you should be able to use it with whatever seq_len you want (for efficiency reasons, it might be best to invoke it on a batch of sequences with not-too-different lengths and take seq_len to be the maximum among those lengths).
