Nagios Core 4.4.11 Unable to run commands in GUI if Service Description contains a / about nagioscore HOT 4 CLOSED

For example we have a check for Linux partitions and the service description is along these lines

/ Root Partition

When trying to re-schedule the service check or Acknowledge the service check the service field is only populated with the / rather than / Root Partition as it did in the previous version 4.4.10.

If you correct the Service field before trying to commit it does work but this should populate the Service field with the correct description.

Nagios Core 4.4.11 is running on Linux.
