I recommend this archive because all the reports are highly curated for content, as opposed to having anonymous people posting willy-nilly.
Of course it will depend on your opinion of inebriant use.

Thanks @kleer001, I actually think the really random sounding description make it interesting. For example, some I have found are people complaining about the number of times they have been abducted. Which to me sounds great 😄
