nanominer 1.33: NVIDIA card getting busy when AMD card gets initialized about nanominer HOT 3 OPEN

I see. Looks like this is side effect of our GPU initialization process like in issue #26

I see Devices: 1 in your log so miner understands the option. What makes you sure it runs algorithm on all GPUs? For a single GPU hasrate is reported in log as a "Total speed" but you can see single GPU is running using web interface at http://127.0.0.1:4001 for example.

I have to correct my self.
At least for Cryptonight V8 (this is what I have tried so far) the device selection used for mining is working OK.
BUT: If I only mine on device 1 (AMD RX580) and keep the NVIDIA card idle, then the NVIDIA card still gets activated and GPU & MEM clock jump to full speed (but it is NOT mining).
