The langPath
argument specifies the path the files are retrieved from. The cachePath
argument specifies the path that the files are saved to. If you want to manually specify a folder for the .traineddata
files to be saved, set cachePath
.

specifies a URL or (for Node.js version only) local path where the language data files should be retrieved from. Presumably these files are not found in the folder that you specified. Unless you want to provide custom language data (.traineddata
) files, you should remove thelangPath
argument and just use the default.
But if I leave the default it will download literally next to my package.json
, etc.. so It's literally broken in my opinion..
