Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the addon (0.2.1)? Also, please open the following URL in Firefox to ensure that the addon installed without any errors:

Yes, when I go to my addons it says REST Easy 0.2.1. Going to that URL
shows the addon (awesome, now I can try it out). However, I still don't see
it showing up under Tools > Web Developer.
Another addon I have installed, HttpFox, does show up there, so I don't
think it's something weird with my Firefox installation. I'll try disabling
all of my other addons on Monday to see if there's some conflict there.

I have now confirmed that this is a bug. Apparently Firefox doesn't use the same AppMenu across platforms, causing the addon to break on OS X. I am investigating a possible fix for this bug, but this is a bit tricky since I don't actually have access to a Mac.
