Update on this, Authors were not set in google drive brews prior to july 2022, multiple authors did not exist back then, so there is no problem there.
Also from gitter by @G-Ambatte:
I think the empty tag might be a known issue, I'll dig into it when I get back off the road

For the tags, before they were properly implemented the variable was just an empty string "", so older brews may still be showing that.
I believe there is a bit of code in the homebrewery.api that should detect this and remove it when loading a brew but it may not be working on the share page for some reason.
