The code completion has never seemed to work correctly for me in Xcode in any of my files (not just tests). It might work for a bit but then I have to keep deleting my indexes to get it working again. So, I don't know if there's a problem with the Kiwi macros causing issues with code completion or if it's just Apple still working on the Xcode tools. There's a lot of incomplete stuff in there like the refactoring tools and such. I bet it will work itself out in time.
