  • combine all neurons into a single collection for correct z rendering
  • consider always using tn->parent segments
  • try making depth colouring independent of original skeleton data (use lc.get_segments instead)

Re z rendering: tried combining neurons into a single Line3DCollection. Turns out that within a collection, z order is determined by order of addition. On the other hand, using a single collection for each segment is correctly rendered but incredibly slow. For now, will probably keep using one collection per neuron.
