Never Mind, I figured out I can use [cloud retrieveCloudDocumentWithName:@"/FolderA/thumb.png" ...] and it works
from iclouddocumentsync.

Good to know! I am about to merge the feature branch (v7.0) with the master branch. 7.0 adds new methods that let you retrieve file & folder URLs - thus making it easier to create subdirectories.
