It is a duplicate of #794 , because at
for syntax == StringLiteralExpression "\xff", the resulting constant.Value is "ÿ". And at
Utility.StrictUTF8.GetBytes(s) returns "?" ("\xc2\xb6").The workaround is
suffix += i >= 0 ? new byte[] { 0x00 } : new byte[] { 0xff };from neo-devpack-dotnet.
