Since dropbox public folder doesn't work any more, maybe the corresponding part in readme should be removed as well.
PS: Thank you for this neat tool; I have found it quite handy for transferring mp3 from my pc to my iphone.

That's not a bad idea; github pages (maybe together with github releases for the mp3 files) might work well for that.
Would you care to try it out and maybe write up a way to do this?
