seems you're missing an underscore in the key name, should be:
<meta-data
android:name="com.google.android.geo.API_KEY"
android:value="YOURKEY" />
from react-native-streetview.

Normally there is underscrore my APIKEY,I wrote APIKEY above because of not giving the exact number key !
are they the same number android:name and android:value ?

just copy and paste the whole meta-data as I mentioned before. Then change ONLY "YOURKEY" to your actual google API key.
