When using npm run start:prod to run the app, NODE_ENV is not set to production.
Because NODE_ENV is not being set by default. Just follow these steps https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9198310/how-to-set-node-env-to-production-development-in-os-x

It is being set in the start:dev task, though! I'm not looking for a fix for my project, I'm looking for more consistency in the nestjs application template.
