In case somebody else came here, seems this is the issue with Typescript, as a workaround add this to your tsconfig.json
"skipLibCheck": true
from typescript-starter.

@kamilmysliwiec is there any way to search in Discord channel, for example I get same error and I come here by google search but actually I can't find any solution and for sure the messages in Discord are gone now, then the question is how we can share this kind of knowledge base
