Update pom.xml about astyanax HOT 9 CLOSED

We also experiencing build breaks because of transitive dependencies on Guava.

I will fix the guava version, but the cass-all is tied to what we are running in production. We are working on an upgrade to 1.x, but in the mean time if you need a new version you will have to build it yourself.

Why do I need to build it? Can't I just use it with the latest Cassandra jars?

I suppose that you don't have to, but if you wanted to have it in a local repo with "correct" pom file, or if you wanted to run the tests with the new cass jar, you would probably want to do a build.

I'm interested in contributing a patch that provides Cassandra 1.X support for Astyanax, but it'd be nice to have the unit tests available to make sure that I'm not breaking anything.

Do you guys have an ETA on when you can make the unit tests available?

I'm not exactly certain what you are asking for. There are unit tests under src/test/..., did you mean something else?
