Keyspace and ColumnFamily are threadsafe. Mutation and query results are not. I will add more details to the java docs.

I tried to find documentation about thread-safety in the online Javadoc (1.56.32-SNAPSHOT), but I couldn't find any mention of thread-safety on Keyspace and ColumnFamily classes.
Also, many users would be interested in knowing if the "Initializing Astyanax" code fragments are fully thread-safe.
