List inport

Introduce Splitter<T> component that has 2 inports:

1. data - messages of type T
2. values - List<T>

And out array outport.

Problems

• Impossible to use message's field if it's not primitive (which is probably the main case)
• Impossible to have dynamic values because of array outport based solution
• What to do with values that are not match anything?

Same as #56 (comment) but with array-inport instead of list

• List is dynamic, array inport is not (but list based solution assumes array outport so it does not matter (at least in current implementation))

• take input
• compare msg/field/etc with value needed
• send them to corresponding outports

UPD: it works for static set of values (enums) but if we have unknown set of values (e.g. separate outport for any age of
