I run into the same issue. I just started noticing yesterday. The synced / downloaded file exists in the tmp folder on my android device but is never moved to the destination folder.

I'm having the same problem. It started about a week ago. The files can be found in the tmp folder but are not move to the correct directory after the download is finished. In the nextcloud app the filesize is shown as 0B.
