Made a quick patch 7676dd9. Think it's fine silently ignoring it when < 0 because it makes no sense

I could see a user thinking that -1 removes the limit, though that is the default behavior.
The basic problem is that most process directives are not type checked, instead there is a single generic method that is re-used. I think we just need to enumerate all of the DSL methods for process directives in order to enforce the types, but also to add custom checks like minimum value. It is a common annoyance, even if this particular case is uncommon
