Gonna revive this old thread as I am having the same error. Have you found a resolution? I've tried everything except restoring my PC, which I would rather not do.
Here is my open issue:

Going to assume this was resolved somehow, but if not, try grabbing NMM 0.65.9, and you should have no issues logging in.
This is not the same error as issue #122.
