bioconda docker problem - no fonts found about cookiecutter HOT 6 CLOSED

Aha, nice - thanks both! I wonder if we can add this to the FastQC bioconda recipe instead to avoid having to add this to every Docker build recipe?

The bioconda receipe of FastQC seems to be broken: bioconda/bioconda-recipes#5026.

Building from continuumio/miniconda is fine imo, it builds on the official Debian 8 image. Apperently, the dependency for the ttf-dejavu font in the FastQC receipe is not declared properly. People building from Ubuntu seem to have the same issue.

It sounds like it's a problem of conda channel prioritisation. Specifying which version of openjdk to use seems to fix it, so I'll do that for now as we don't have to adjust the Dockerfile at all..
