- Yeah you are right. the default value for loopBorderRate is currently 0.8.
Actually this weird parameter is required for the bounce option.
In case you turned off bounce, this border should not be visible.
That was the initial intention, but it's currently visible in both cases. Will be fixed in the next release. - I think some parameter's current naming aren't good!
Your suggestions look OK. But as I mentioned in 1, they should be only visible when you turned on bounce.
So considering your suggestions while reminding they are only related to the "bounce", the following names would be possible:
$("#panorama").ddpanorama({width:644, height:500, loop:false, bounce:false, bounceEdge:"80%", bounceEdgeColor:"#ccffee" });(I think I'll let users specify bounceEdge with % or actual pixels )
