Is this intended, and shows the time since last manual refresh?

the forecasts are supposed to fade out, but I have seen a bug where the fade out doesn't see move at the same pace as the data and eventually the cone goes away. It doesn't happen all the time though.

There does seem to be a bug somewhere... I've also seen where the data seems faded out for some region in the past... but hard to verify.
The circles should have some class appended, instead of having color assigned from the code.. something to help debug this from console when it pops up.
