That will be good to have as a reference. In #23 I talked about using Lawnchair, which was written as an adapter to multiple browser storage engines (localstorage, indexdb, websql). This is still in the long term plans but won't happen immediately as there are other things to address first. Thanks for the tip! Does your team build on Kinvey?

We've looked into Kinvey - but haven't tried it in production yet. It would be a big jump to move the database from Sequel to the cloud - but it looks like they have some enterprise adapters that might be worth exploring. I'm just really impressed with how they been able to extend Backbone to create a seemless "Meteor-esqe" persistance with their storage.
