Did you install VLC? Are you using the VLC Media Plugin in OBS? If so what address are you using to pull in the video feed?

Yes its installed, i use this link with the vlc plugin: rtmp://localhost:8080/publish/live

So you changed the rtmp port to 8080 in the nginx.conf ??

yes, its all on the same server (windows server 2016) with the same ip adress, thats the config:

You should use rtmp://localhost/publish/live in VLC.
