Please update to more recent version of node-opcua.
Also, describe which system you are trying to connect to, as the behavior might be induced by some specific behavior of the OPCU Server.

It is possible that the server you are connecting to does not implement the ResendRequest method.
We have identify a bug that causes subscription reconstruction to not be working properly in this case.
If this is the case, this problem is a duplicate of #1059 that has recently been fixed in [ [email protected].
Could you test again with this version and confirm that the issue is fixed ?
