I have the same problem. Am debugging it as we speak. Have you found a solution for this Heath?

Nope. We ended up using a different IDP for our implementation (okta) and we did the implementation in Ruby instead of Node... I would still like to see this work though as using Node would be better for us for some things.

The current revision works with at least one Okta configuration.
