I guess you could create some reversed translation layer like https://github.com/styled-components/css-to-react-native and the idea seems really usefull and potentially it could lurk in really large audience.
But resulting code would be a larger subset of full CSS implementation than QT implements so the resulting style would not fully match anyway, we can go around inconsistencies where there is something to work with but can not provide functionality that is just missing entirelly. It is only posible to port react-native code into react-native-web because the former represents a subset of full spec available in latter and react-native approach follows CSS spec more closely than QT's.

I thought that converting css to objects from within javascript might be an option, I didn't know that QT does only really support CSS as string values. I can work with that, I hope I'll be able to share something with the community.
